This website is operated by Noktasal Yazılım Teknolojileri ("Noktasal"). Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), the data controller is Noktasal Yazılım Teknolojileri.

Personal Data We Collect

Simply visiting our website does not require you to provide any personal data. Limited personal data is processed in the following cases:

• Contact and meeting request form: full name, email address and your message; optionally your organisation name, phone number and the solution you are interested in.
• Security records: IP address and browser information, processed to prevent abuse of form submissions.

Purposes and Legal Bases

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes, based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK:

• Responding to your meeting, proposal and information requests (processing directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract).
• Ensuring the security of the website and form infrastructure and preventing abuse (legitimate interest).
• Fulfilling legal obligations.

Your personal data is not used for marketing, added to advertising lists or sold to third parties.

Cookies

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Only session-level records that are technically necessary for the website to function may be kept.

Data Sharing

Information you submit through the form is stored in our email and database infrastructure so that we can respond to your request. In this process we rely on hosting and communication infrastructure providers at a purely technical service level. Your personal data is not shared with third parties except where required by law.

Retention Period

Form records are kept for as long as necessary to conclude your request and to conduct a potential business relationship; security records are kept for a limited period. At the end of these periods the data is deleted or anonymised.

Your Rights under the KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about such processing, to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request deletion or destruction of your data, and to object to processing.
